Label Chaussette delivers worldwide. Delivery is free for orders over €60 in France.

DELIVERY TIMES

LABEL CHAUSSETTE undertakes to ship orders within two working days of validation and depending on available stock.

You will be notified by email as soon as your package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number for your order to be kept informed of the proper delivery of your package.

For information purposes only, delivery times vary between 24 and 72 hours for mainland France (from dispatch) and vary depending on the distance of the countries for international destinations.

RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days to return your package at your own expense. Returned products must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by the order number, to the following address:

You also have a right of withdrawal, which you can exercise without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) clear days from the delivery of the order.

The company LABEL CHAUSSETTE will reimburse the Customer for any sums already paid, less any shipping costs, under the conditions referred to in article 8.

Product refunds will be processed by LABEL CHAUSSETTE within a maximum of 30 days of receiving the returned products. The refund will be issued via the original payment method chosen by the customer at the time of ordering or in the form of a store credit.
