These general terms and conditions of sale govern all relations between customers of the website www.label-chaussette.com and the company LABEL CHAUSSETTE, SAS with a share capital of €10,000, SIREN: 833965635, whose registered office is located at LD La Planche, Roches Prémaries, 86340.

All orders placed on the site are subject to these general terms and conditions of sale.

Prior to any transaction, the customer acknowledges having read these terms and conditions and expressly declares to accept them when clicking on the "Confirm payment" button.

The company LABEL CHAUSSETTE reserves the right to adapt or modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time, the version of the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to any transaction being the one appearing online on the website www.label-chaussette.com at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 1 - THE CLIENT

The Customer declares to be a natural person, at least 18 years of age, and to have the legal capacity or parental authorization to place an order on the website. When registering their personal data during the ordering process, the Customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided, which is necessary for the fulfillment of the service. In the event of an error in the recipient's contact information, LABEL CHAUSSETTE cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product.

LABEL CHAUSSETTE reserves the right to cancel any order when the customer's IP address is located in a country different from the billing and/or delivery address.

ARTICLE 2 - THE PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are those described on the Website. The products offered by LABEL CHAUSSETTE comply with applicable French standards.
LABEL CHAUSSETTE takes the utmost care in presenting and describing its products to best inform the Customer. However, it is possible that minor errors may appear on the Website, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts. In any event, if the delivered product does not conform to its description on the Website, the Customer may either exercise their right of withdrawal or invoke LABEL CHAUSSETTE's guarantee of conformity, which will, where applicable, either exchange the product or refund the price (in whole or in part) that may have been charged.

ARTICLE 3 - THE ORDER

Placing an order on the Website is subject to compliance with the procedure established by LABEL CHAUSSETTE, which consists of a series of steps that the customer must follow to validate their order. Before definitively validating their order, the customer will have the opportunity to review its details and total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it to express their acceptance. Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the general terms and conditions of sale.

If, despite LABEL CHAUSSETTE's best efforts, products are unavailable, LABEL CHAUSSETTE will inform the Customer by email as soon as possible. The Customer may then cancel their order and receive a refund, if applicable, of any sums already paid.
The permanent or temporary unavailability shall in no case engage the liability of the Company LABEL CHAUSSETTE, nor shall it open any right to compensation or damages in favour of the Client.

A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, price, product availability, quantity…) will be sent to the customer by the company LABEL CHAUSSETTE.

For this purpose, the customer formally accepts the use of email for confirmation by LABEL CHAUSSETTE of the contents of his order.

ARTICLE 4 - PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

1. PRICE DETERMINATION

Product prices are shown in euros, including all French taxes but excluding shipping costs. The total order price (including all taxes and shipping costs) is shown in the shopping cart.

LABEL CHAUSSETTE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without notice, particularly in the event of changes in tax or economic data, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to availability.

2. PAYMENT METHOD

Products are payable in full upon receipt of the order.

Payment for purchases is made by credit card on a secure server via the Stripe application or via the Paypal platform.

Under no circumstances does the company LABEL CHAUSSETTE have access to the customer's bank details.

In this regard, the Customer expressly acknowledges that the communication of his bank card number to the Company LABEL CHAUSSETTE constitutes authorization to debit his account up to the amount of the products ordered.

3. DATA

The data recorded and stored by LABEL CHAUSSETTE constitutes proof of the order and all transactions. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of the financial transactions.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY

LABEL CHAUSSETTE delivers its products worldwide.

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the customer's residential address or that of any other natural person of their choice.

The indicated delivery times are estimates, corresponding to average processing and delivery times. LABEL CHAUSSETTE cannot be held responsible for consequences due to shipping delays that are not its fault.

The customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, floor, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products…), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and the LABEL CHAUSSETTE Company, by any means, of any reservations within 3 days of receiving the product.

LABEL CHAUSSETTE cannot be held responsible for consequences due to a delivery delay that is not its fault.

ARTICLE 6 - RETURNS

The customer has 14 days to return their package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

ARTICLE 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The individual customer has a right of withdrawal, which they may exercise without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) clear days from the delivery of the order, which will be exercised by returning the new products (in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed) at their own expense, accompanied by the order number, to the following address:

The company LABEL CHAUSSETTE will reimburse the Customer for any sums already paid, less any shipping costs, under the conditions referred to in article 8.

ARTICLE 8 - REFUND

Refunds for products under the conditions outlined in Articles 2 and 7 will be processed by LABEL CHAUSSETTE within a maximum of 30 days of receiving the returned products. The refund will be issued via the payment method chosen by the customer at the time of their order or by issuing a voucher.

ARTICLE 9 - CUSTOMER DATA - GDPR

Users and customers have the right to rectify their personal data at any time by simply sending a request to hello@label-chaussette.com

When you subscribe to our newsletter, or when you place an order accepting the use of your personal data (SMS, email), Label Chaussette may use this data for promotional purposes.

Under no circumstances will Label Chaussette share this data with any third party for promotional purposes. This data may be shared with logistics partners solely for order tracking purposes.

ARTICLE 10 - APPLICABLE LAW

All orders imply the customer's full acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
